If your product is damaged or in the rare case gets lost, then we offer 100% refund, including shipping costs. Since we ship overseas we don’t want to risk an unhappy customer. So far we’ve had no damages and no lost packages.
Depending on the where you need your bow shipped, it can take 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Usually your package should arrive within 3 weeks to most destinations. Your package is tracked and will be delivered right to your doorstep or collection point.
Depends on what bow you are buying, most are handcrafted by local artisans in Mongolia and 100% authentic while some others are supplied by manufacturers that offer affordable pricing for their products. It really depends on what kind of bow you are buying and whether you want to pay premium for handmade bows.

To find your bow size, measure your draw length—the distance from the base of your neck to the tip of your fingers when your arms are fully extended. Stand with your arms stretched horizontally and have someone measure from the tip of one middle finger to the other. Divide this measurement by 2.5, and you’ll have an approximate bow size.

- Unstring when not in use to preserve elasticity
